One benefit to audio erotica is that it keeps your hands and eyes free, unlike books and videos. It’s also a convenient way for two or more people to experience the story simultaneously. But I was neutral about the newly launched clickforeplay and its adult radio plays … until I listened to a sample.
Hot.

My hopelessly Californian ears can’t identify the type of accent other than “sexy British” but honestly that was enough for me. These aren’t stories read aloud or moans and panting with the occasional dialog thrown in — these are scripted radio dramas that just happen to be erotic, and each lasts about 12 minutes. They’ll be a nice addition to the old-timey Mystery Theatre podcast that keeps me company on the road between Los Angeles and San Francisco.
Our plays, which last around 12 minutes each, are designed to set your imagination running into all sorts of places and situations. As each one builds to its climax through thoughtfully devised plots, many of which could happen to you, you will picture in your mind’s eye each character and feel what they are feeling, such is the power of the stimulated mind. Some people describe our plays as porn, and they might be right, but we believe that it’s the classiest form of pornographic entertainment on the web
They also pay 50 pounds if they produce your scene.

This is awfully good stuff. The very reserved, almost clinical English accents are what make it. They do a great job of building sexual (or as a Brit might say ’sexsual’ tension) but might not work quite as well with a fuck-fest. But then who needs that.
BTW- Where can you point me for sophisticated erotic chat (the kind of thing that would appeal to someone who thinks clickforeplay is hot)? Hey, there’s another line of business for them!

that’s a tough one, because people are so protective of their communities these days, having been burned too many times by spammers and idiots.
i think you’ll have the best luck in places that require more effort to get into, such as the premium adult rooms at paltalk or the hard-to-find places in second life.
there’s an adults only 3D world called jewel of indra – i haven’t been in there for more than a year but back when i was, i enjoyed myself. it’s not nearly as well known as red light center and while it has its quirks techwise, i enjoyed the people and the flirting there.
sucks that it’s so difficult to find these days. once you find it, hold on to it. LOL

That’s all very nice, but I take issue with one statement on the page:
“Audio erotica produced by clickforeplay is an entirely new genre…”
Right.
Entirely new.
Nothing even remotely like it, ever before.

you’ll note that i didn’t quote that ‘entirely new’ nonsense
there are no entirely new genres and haven’t been since people started telling stories

Now if they had Alan Rickman reading, I’d be there with credit card in hand.
