The only real issues I have with it are that they limit where the camera can go as though it were a real object so you can't get really good shots of things like anal penetration, and it won't let you use anal play in certain situations e.g. 2 girls. Otherwise they've done an excellent of developing it from the hokey game it started out as. I tried Second Life and found it as interesting as watching paint dry; I truly don't get the hype.
